Construction worker accused of stealing, killing family’s dog

A building worker is accused of stealing a family’s puppy, killing it and dumping it in the desert.

Diego Gonzalez, 37, was arrested Tuesday and booked on rates of willful and destructive torture or killing of a dog and grand larceny in excess of $1,200.

A homeowner around South Rainbow Boulevard and West Heat Springs Road explained to police on June 9 that he was getting building performed inside his property and the employees informed him his 10-calendar year-old English bulldog, Bamboo, ran out an open up gate, in accordance to an arrest report from the Metropolitan Police Division introduced Friday.
